60 Mile Walk for Breast Cancer
I read a post on Abestweb that Missy Ward was forming an affiliate marketing group (Affiliate Marketers Give Back) that will fly to Seattle September 12th - 14th and walk 60 miles over 3 days to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund. I quickly asked my bosses if I could go and walk on the behalf of MarketLeverage and they whole heartedly agreed. They loved the idea so much they will match any donations that are made in my name or Jen Fluker’s name. Jen is an affiliate manager for MarketLeverage. Our walk is in June this is something we do annually, although Breast cancer has not affected our lives personally we feel we must be out there to support those that have been affected.

20 miles per day for 3 days. WOW!
Wow pretty cool and to do 20 miles for 3 days is pretty intensive walking! I did 20km the other day (roughly 12miles) and that was pretty long.

I have lived in Florida my whole life and for some reason haven’t made it to the beach in Miami! I need to get our more! I haven’t been to the Keys either. I booked a trip to the keys earlier today. I am so excited! I can’t wait.
That’s a long walk! I’m sure you’ll have a good time doing it, but you might want to try a couple of practice days first….sure hope you don’t have to carry all your stuff with you.
