With the bottom droppping out of the housing market like a speeding train… could it be time for me to look in to buying my slice of the ocean? I was looking at small condos on the beach last night and it looks like I can buy an oceanfront condo for under $300,000.00.
You know what they say… “Buy low, sell high!” It is estimated that the bottom will continue to fall out of the housing market for a while. How do you decide when it is time to take the plunge?
I don’t need anything nice and fancy on the beach. Just a small fixer-upper with the sound of the ocean pounding in every night will do just fine.
If you don’t have goals and dreams, what do you have?
I would love to interview beach house homeowners and find out what their story is. I would like to know how they acquired their property and how they got the money to pay for it. Inquiring minds want to know!

I grew up at the beach, and miss living on the water. As a real estate broker, I must tell you now is not the time to buy. Next fall you will find better deals, now is the time to make sure you qualify for a loan.

I don’t have a beach house, but want to buy one eventually… but is it just me or does those houses in that picture look fake? lol

Living at the beach is a wonderful goal. Keep your eyes on the prize and I’m sure you’ll achieve it!
