Debt Free to Live at the Beach

I love Kenny Chesney. One of my goals this year was to see his concert from the sandbar area. I bid on two tickets on Ticketmaster for the sandbar and I won. My best friend and I will be flying out for Kenny’s concert in May. I can hardly wait. It is almost three months away! I think I might become a Kenny Chesney groupie this summer. That sounds fun! He is suppose to make 3 stops in Florida during August. Which is at the end of his tour. I say… why wait ’til August!

With the bottom droppping out of the housing market like a speeding train… could it be time for me to look in to buying my slice of the ocean? I was looking at small condos on the beach last night and it looks like I can buy an oceanfront condo for under $300,000.00.

You know what they say… “Buy low, sell high!” It is estimated that the bottom will continue to fall out of the housing market for a while. How do you decide when it is time to take the plunge?

I don’t need anything nice and fancy on the beach. Just a small fixer-upper with the sound of the ocean pounding in every night will do just fine.

If you don’t have goals and dreams, what do you have?

I would love to interview beach house homeowners and find out what their story is. I would like to know how they acquired their property and how they got the money to pay for it.  Inquiring minds want to know!
