Stupid Stupid Stupid Buffalo Router
My husband’s grandmother passed away Friday, so he is gone for the weekend to attend the funeral. So I have been lounging in my pajamas since I got home from work on Friday. I have been sitting on my couch with my laptop so long I could have couch sores!!! I have been working on a couple of sites I have in the works. Then we get a bad storm and the internet goes out. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!! So I called Buffalo to get help on resetting my router because everything I tried didn’t work. I waited on hold for 59 minutes!!!!!!!!! I got sick of waiting and hung up. They were no longer even playing elevator music for me. I fiddle with stupid router and still can’t fix it. I call Buffalo back and wait on hold for 1 hour and 4 minutes. After speaking with the CSR for 25 minutes he said that my 3 month old router is shot and I will have to send it in and they will send me a new one. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! That means I can’t sit on the couch with my computer! I have to go in the office and be uncomfortable and closed off from the world!! It is like torture to sit in here.
